The educational ministry was founded in 1997 by Dr. Michael and Donna Layne after much prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Dr. Michael Layne holds postgraduate degrees in Theology and Counseling. He serves as Archbishop in the Evangelical Orthodox Catholic Church of America.
Dr. Layne also founded FaithPoints For Living Church, Inc. The ministry offers worship through online services, a radio station, a television station, a counseling center, and other forms of evangelization to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Mark Eutsler has served as Vice President of St. Paul Christian University since 2008.
While holding adjunct faculty appointments at several higher education institutions since 1985, Dr. Eutsler has gained experience teaching traditional students and working adults in conventional and accelerated formats, across various learning environments, including onsite, online, asynchronous, independent, and hybrid settings.
During his career, he has taught courses at the elementary, middle, high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels in music, humanities, communication, management, and leadership, as well as chaired dissertation committees and facilitated professional development courses. He has held key marketing, development, and curriculum staff appointments in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and companies throughout Indiana. He has been a member of numerous professional organizations and has earned several professional designations.
